Conversion of a two-story, 20,000 sq. ft. concrete-framed industrial building into a modern six-story, 65,000 sq. ft. office complex on the edge of Hartford’s central business district. The project includes new structural steel upper floors with EIFS exterior walls, a glass-enclosed two-story entrance lobby, and upgraded core areas on each floor with restrooms, mechanical/electrical rooms, and janitorial space. A dedicated child-care facility is also incorporated. Upper floors provide expansive views of downtown Hartford and the Connecticut River.
