Work included full scaffolding and façade shoring, replacement and restoration of damaged granite with crane-installed pieces, complete cutting and re-pointing, and thorough façade washing to remove debris and staining. Upgrades also featured the installation of new mechanical louvers, specialty flashing, and partial granite stone restoration. The project team coordinated and managed subcontractors, including electrical work and lightning protection systems.
