Architect for the design and conversion of 18 units of existing, abandoned housing into 24 units of new, affordable housing at a turn-of-the-century 20th-century historic residential structure.  Housing consists primarily of one-bedroom and two-bedroom units.  Development includes two fully handicap accessible units. The building features laundry rooms, individual unit porches on the second and third floors of many units, and expansive on-site parking.
