Prime Architect for exterior site and building improvements to 129 units of housing at 21 different locations throughout the City of Hartford.  Work includes plantings, landscaping, and hardscape, as well as the introduction of porches, dormers, siding, contrasting materials, and vibrant colors to soften the institutional character of these public housing structures. The scope of work also included the replacement of all boilers with energy-efficient units.
