Architect for the design of 80 units of new housing and a multi-use building at the site of the former Nelton Court Low-Income Public Housing Project.  Housing consists of townhouses and multi-family structures. A multi-use building contains public meeting space, a laundry room, and offices on the first floor with housing on the second floor above.
