Project Management for the complete gut renovation of a double three-bay, three-story station consisting of apparatus area, watch room, multiple lavatories, locker rooms, kitchen & dining area, bunk rooms, weight room, offices, and storage spaces. The scope of work also included complete roof replacement with a new roofing system, including thermal insulation and flashings, a new HVAC system throughout, and a new expanded parking lot with new site drainage.
