Provision of associate architectural services for the new Hartford Public Safety Complex, consisting of 182,000 square feet of space.  Fire Department and Emergency Services will be housed in the 42,000-square-foot historic former Board of Education Building that will be adaptively reused. The Police Department will occupy a new 140,000 square foot adjacent facility.
